  What tools and support do I have to help me sell this policy?  
  In addition to this online system – able to generate custom quotes, complete transactions, easily manage customer records and track your commissions – selling Agents (you) have access to a variety of marketing support materials that can be used to close sales. These are available in PDF formats (to email or print) and include:  
  • > Product overview (1-page) - Quick view product description, features & benefits
  • > Product detail (10-page) - Product description, features & benefits, savings examples, FAQs, etc.
  • > Policyholder FAQs - Detailed policy and process questions and answers.
  • > Claims instructions - Detailed policyholder instructions to file a claim.

Agents also have access to several sources for information and help; in addition to your Host representative, you can contact the Damage Repair Coverage Call Center for assistance.
